We are particularly passionate about the high-efficiency “Clay Barrel Oven”, being the first and only company to offer this innovative design in Canada. This "hybrid" clay barrel oven model will have you up and baking large quantities of bread, pizza, etc. in as little as 15 minutes of warm up time, compared to the traditional pizza oven model which can have the average user lighting a 1 or 2 hour fire before baking.
